Beets, goat cheese, and greens are a favorite combination of mine. So I was excited to find this grilled cheese recipe via BS’in in the Kitchen. {Food} Colleen’s Fruit Ice Cream

This is the happiest of accidents I have ever made! While attempting to make a smoothie, I accidentally made fruit ice cream!  Unfortunately I did not get a photo.

The recipe is very simple and can be altered to your likeness and the amount of each fruit can be based on how much ice cream you would like.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Bananas
  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Orange Juice

Combine in a blender and eat!
